Hoverscape had the pleasure of working with leading Australian production company Studio Pancho on an upcoming marketing campaign. A first for Pancho was incorporating aerial photography and video using our Platinum Octocopter and Canon 5D DSLR. Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli featured, batting solo at Sydney’s Kings College cricket oval. Our team captured artistic aerial shots to be used in the marketing campaign which will be released in the coming months.

A unique benefit is that via our remote camera control and live video feed, our clients are able to direct the shots they need through the use of our ground “director” monitors. Chief Controller Fiona Church expertly maneuvered the drone around the Indian superstar while professional photographer Derek Feebrey assisted Pancho in bringing their ideas to reality.

Using drones (UAV’s) for aerial photography in marketing campaigns, adds another dimension offering that money shot.
